Running on CPU Upgrade

Trying to comment here to see if the space will manifest XD

You'll need to set a minimal version for the gradio leaderboard component, I think it must be 0.7 and above to work well

requirements.txt

• Added version 4.20.0 of Gradio, the the latest version compatible with the project.
• Locked down 0.0.7 version for gradio_leaderboard.

notes

• License search doesn't work in this version -> should be fixed.
• Just curious why I don't see emojis next to the fine-tuned, pretrained and other model types buttons.

We have a license search back, yay! Bumped up gradio-leaderboard to 0.0.8

LGTM! For the model types buttons, it used to be done using to_str of the model types, and now it's extracted from the class labels of the column.
