Any suggestions on system prompt?

Is there a better system prompt than "あなたは誠実で優秀な日本人のアシスタントです"? With using this one, I still sometimes get responses in English.
I have not yet tried Swallow myself but I'm planning to do so soon which is when I could get back with a more definitive feedback.
In the meantime, working with other large models including variants of GPT and vanilla Llama I had faced similar problems in the past. Usually, things can be improved by telling the model that a particular language is the only thing they understand or can use. Have you tried something like adding
日本語しかはなせません。英語を全然使わないでください。
to the system message?
