Error deploying the model in Google Cloud

I'm facing an issue when trying to deploy this model in Google Cloud with the default settings:
Machine type: g2-standard-24
Accelerator type: NVIDIA_L4
Accelerator count: 2:
Error details: Model server exited unexpectedly
Log: Invalid filter resource.type="aiplatform.googleapis.com/Endpoint" resource.labels.endpoint_id="XXXXX" resource.labels.location="us-central1".
Anyone has faced the same? Any clue on how to solve it?
