Fix consistency error with license terms
One section of the README reads that revenue above $1M requires a license, while the license section read that it is free for commercial use above $1M.
The License and Readme are consistent (albeit with a slightly swapped in logic).
License:
[...] this Agreement preserves free access to the Models for people or organizations generating annual revenue of less than US $1,000,000
README:
[...] organizations generating annual revenue of US $1,000,000 (or local currency equivalent) or more, [...] must obtain an enterprise commercial license directly from Stability AI before commercially using SF3D [...]
Which is the same, just the other way around.
The text immediately before If your annual revenue exceeds US $1M, any commercial use of this model
in the README license section
says Free for research, non-commercial, and commercial use by organizations and individuals generating annual revenue of US $1,000,000 (or local currency equivalent) or more,
which I believe should say less. As-is, the license section of the README does not make any statement about anyone generating revenue below $1M, only more than $1M, and for more than $1M it says
both that it is free and requires a commercial license.
Ah sorry. Your are right. Was looking at the wrong section. Fixed :)
