UPDATE: got it, my space needs to run, else the assessment tool throws an error as well
I got an error like "Could not get Gradio config"
Now I get "Error with loading Space: The current space is in the invalid state: RUNTIME_ERROR. Please contact the owner to fix this."

Error message could be:
"Error with loading Space: First check if your space builds / is running. Fix any errors then try again. If it is running and the error persists, contact the owner.
