Submission pending for 6 hours

Hi everyone,
Since this morning, my submission seems to be blocked in "Pending", I did the submission at least 5-6 hours ago:
Is it a bug or it can happens sometimes ? Does someone is in the same situation ?
ill remove that submission from your user. could you please try submitting again?
Just tried one, it is in processing indefinitely:
apologies. there was an issue with the backend. i just fixed it. it should be fine now
