It does not seem to be running now. The main app page just displays the message:

IMPORTANT: You are using gradio version 4.36.1, however version 4.44.1 is available, please upgrade.
I had the same problem with prompt squirrel. Adding "gradio==4.44.1" to requirements.txt and restarting seemed to fix it.
This was probably due to a network error on the hardware side of HF, and it has been greatly improved by HF staff. Now it can probably be fixed by simply restarting.
I got mine running with a simple restart now too
