Fix Tasks examples

These changes are necessary for most of the examples to work, and aligns the README with the Jupyter notebook examples.
These changes are also necessary in all of the other Florence-2 repos, but I'll only open the PR here since I don't want to spam PRs.
hi @Mikael110 , thanks for creating the PR for fixing the examples. current fix does not include text_input, I have made another PR to include the fix for prompt string and that.
Ah, you're right, I overlooked that bug.
I'm fine with your PR superseding mine, I just wanted to bring attention to the broken examples as I was a bit confused when I tried to follow it.
