Add pipeline tag, link to code, and refine tags

This PR adds the pipeline_tag to the model card, ensuring the model can be found at https://huggingface.co./models?pipeline_tag=question-answering. It also adds a link to the code repository for reproducibility and refines the tags to be more specific to the model's capabilities.
