How to access the model?

I am a 12th grade student at Lakshmipat Singhania Public School, Rayagada. I was making an AI model which work just like Jarvis but would converse in Odia. But while loading the model using the transformers library, I encountered a problem. When I ran the code, the interpreter displayed the message that It was a gated repo and I didnt have access to it. Having very less knowledge in AI and modelling, I am now dumbfounded and unable to proceed. Kindly help me in knowing how to access the model. Thank You.
For gated repo, you have to send a request to the owner of that repo. Only after approval of the owner, you can access the repo. In such cases, for authentication, you will also need to generate a "Read Token" on HuggingFace.
