The repo holder doesn't get to choose whether to Warm or not. Rather, the law is unknown and virtually impossible.😞
I wondered if it depended on how often the model was used, but one day I just uploaded a model and it was Warm. Anyway, it's a mystery.

In fact, the "Warm" authority is delivered only when a model is widely used on HuggingFace Inference-api serverless or endpoints!
That's mean if.. a Model (regardless its engine (Stable Diffusion, Flux and so..) have a Not-For-All-Audiences tag in its README.md file's taglist... Then it will never be "Warm".
Since "Warm" doesn't rely on external use counts of the model (meaning : doesn't rely to increasing the "Warm" needed rate if model not running on HuggingFace Inference-api serverlessbor endpoints!).

PS:
There is exceptions for those models that did not have sooner the NFAA tag, and was ran many times on Inference-api before tagged as NFAA.
