Readme and how to use

Hi,
Thanks for providing this.
It would be great if there would be a readme with some howtos so we can see how we can use it.
I am a blind person interested in all kinds of OCR.
Especially in OCRing multipage PDFs to some human readable formats like html or xml if it can be converted to html or docx.
