How to perform voice conversion?

I am very interested in using UniAudio to perform voice conversion. Especially as used in this paper: Speech-to-Speech Translation with Discrete-Unit-Based Style Transfer, where the authors use UniAudio as an acoustic model. Do you have any advice on how to get started with this?
