Can you create file "openchat.json" like in berkeley-nest/Starling-LM-7B-alpha?

This file is required by openchat server.
This file already exists in the original Starling-lm model:
https://huggingface.co./berkeley-nest/Starling-LM-7B-alpha/blob/main/openchat.json
done, added to the repo.
- It works.
- It works better than 7B. Unfortunately, I can not provide precise numeric measures, but on my small dataset and prompts it gives better answers than 7B.
