This is the HuggingFace home of the **Earth Virtual Expert (EVE)**, a project by the [European Space Agency (ESA)](https://www.esa.int/) Φ-lab](https://philab.esa.int/).

EVE is developping a Large Language Model AI expert from an open-source LLM, by fine-tuning it on specific and crafted documents related to Earth observation and Earth science, capable of several downstream tasks like QA and summarization, and with enhanced Retrieval Augmented Generation.
