By accessing this dataset, you agree to all of the terms and conditions set forth herein. If you do not agree with these terms, do not access this dataset.

You are permitted to access this dataset for any lawful purpose contingent on good-faith compliance with this agreement.

You may not redistribute this dataset to another party unless they accept these terms, and you shall be liable to us for any damages related to such redistribution.

You may not use this dataset if you planning to be a dick. Which includes - but is not limited to - the following instances:

1. Attempt to generate negative publicity for the user or organization through datasets, related datasets. Indirectly or directly.
2. Copying the content wholesale as-is without modification and claiming it is your's.
3. Using the dataset to create fake news or spread misinformation that could harm individuals or society.
4. Sharing the dataset with known bad actors or entities that intend to misuse the data.

This agreement shall be construed according to the laws of the state of Arizona without regard to conflict of laws principles. The courts of the state of Arizona shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement, this dataset, or the development processes of this dataset.
