Gradio 5.12.0 for Pro Quota boost

I'd like to continue to have MaskGCT on the Arena, but the 300s minimum ZeroGPU time makes it hard. I used to use this space for MaskGCT until the 60s got brought back to 300s.

Free HF accounts cannot use the API. Even the 5X boost from a Pro subscription supposedly only applies to Gradio Spaces that have SDK version at the least on v5.12.
