**FAQ**  
　**Q1:商用利用等の制限はどうなのか。**  
 　A1:creativeml-openrail-mに準じます。  
  児童ポルノや人を貶める等の犯罪目的での利用等は使用制限Aにて禁止されております。  
  一方で商用利用に関しては禁じる項目がありませんので、そちらに準じます。  
  なお2023/4/18時点で、マージ後も制限変更を禁止する表記になっているモデル（**realbiter_v10**）がある為、  
  マージした際は下記を継承する必要がある可能性を含みます。

　要するに特別追加制限そのものはなしであり、  
　しかしその変更は禁じているため、販売禁止等の制限を加えることが不可ということです。
 
　なおマージ利用モデル側にLicense変更等が生じた際も  
　4/18時点のLicenseを前提として公開している為、creativeml-openrail-mに準じます。  
　マージ利用モデル側に重大な問題が発生した場合は、モデルの公開停止を行い、  
　利用停止を呼びかける可能性はありますが、当方側を理由とした追加制限を設けることは致しません。 

　**Q2:他のマージ元Licenseに問題や矛盾はないのか。**  
　A2:**fantasticmixReal_v10**は*Sell images they generate*を*NG*としているも  
　*Have different permissions when sharing merges*を*OK*としている為、
　マージ後変更可能です。  
　その為、マージされた現在はその制限を解除し、**realbiter_v10**に準じている為、矛盾はありません。  
　**dreamshaper_5Bakedvae**も同様に一部制限ありもマージ後変更をOKの為、矛盾していません。
