Use absolute path for Llama model URL

Before, when the link in Google Collab was pointing to https://huggingface.co./agents-course/notebooks/resolve/main/meta-llama/Llama-3.2-3B-Instruct, which is not a valid page.

The correct link is https://huggingface.co./meta-llama/Llama-3.2-3B-Instruct.
