Update README.md

Going by steps:

1. Does it make a difference whether it's created from a personal rather than an organization profile? explain license? (at least apache vs mit)

4. Made a new step splitting instructions for .gitattributes and README, a bit clearer

4.2 shall we explain what's in .gitattributes?, why did we move them?

4.3 README was empty for me, was there any need to concatenate it? just moved it instead

5. I guess it's easier with echo than explaining with a text editor?
